The Opposition will host a press conference this afternoon to address the issues of flooding and the devastation across the island over the past 48 hours.

People’s National Party (PNP) officials say the leadership will use today’s press conference to call for a non-political and inclusive approach to restoration in affected parishes.

The PNP is also expected to share its findings from its tours of flooded communities across the island yesterday and invite the government to join in the restoration efforts, some of which are already in progress.
