PM shocked by London terror attacks
Prime Minister Andrew Holness says he is shocked by the recent incidents of terror in the United Kingdom.
In a release to the media this afternoon, Holness extended the support and sympathies of the Jamaican Government to the victims of the attacks on London Bridge and Borough Market in the UK.
"No society should be so impacted by these wanton and heartless acts. Undoubtedly, all well-thinking countries of the world stand with the UK Government and its people in rejecting these attempts to undermine their way of life," he said in the release.
The prime minister also pledged the Government's support in the global fight against terrorist attacks.
