Three Kingston teens believed to be involved in several robberies have been taken into custody by the police.
In posts on its Twitter account today, the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said the male teens are aged 13, 14 and 15 years.
The JCF says the teen boys were taken into custody following the seizure of a homemade firearm at the intersection of King and Port Royal streets.
It says they were accosted and searched following reports that they were committing robberies in the area.
