Manchester businessman shot dead, police theorise he was wrong target

MAY DAY, Manchester:
The Mandeville Police are theorising that the Manchester businessman who was last night shot dead in the community of May Day might have been the wrong target.

Barrington DeSouza, 63, of Patrick Town district was shot dead about 7:30 p.m as he got out of his car near a bar. 

According to the police, three men were robbing the bar when DeSouza drove up.

As the businessman got out of his car, the gunmen fired several shots hitting him multiple times.

He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

Police investigators say the gunmen had a target but seem to have killed the wrong man.
