11-year-old boy shot in the head, killed

An 11-year-old boy was shot and killed in Trench Town in downtown Kingston last night.
He has been identified as Micheal Keating.
Reports are that the boy and his family were home when around 9:30 a lone gunman entered the yard and opened fire.
The gunman then fled.
Micheal was subsequently found suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
