Man beheaded in Manchester...suspect said to be man of unsound mind

There are reports that a man was beheaded in Manchester last evening by another man believed to be of unsound mind.
Police officials have confirmed the incident, but said they are still gathering information.
The identity of the slain man has not yet been ascertained.
However, according to sources, the incident occurred in the south Manchester community of Warick where the man believed to be of unsound man was reportedly being provoked.
It’s reported that he responded by attacking several persons, resulting in the chopping death of the still unidentified man.
