Emergency pipeline repairs to disrupt water supply in St James, Hanover

The National Water Commission (NWC) says emergency pipeline repairs have forced the suspension of the regular water supply from its Great River Treatment Plant in St James and Hanover. 

The NWC says these repairs are scheduled to be completed by 1:00 p.m. today. 

Areas that will be without water include: Water Cress, Sandy Bay Proper, Sandy Bay Housing Scheme, Richmond, Blenheim, Dias, Williamsfield, Mount Piece, Clifton, Greenland, Cacoon, Montpelier, Lookout, Seaview, Bamboo, Orchard Gardens, McQuarrie, Camp Road, Zion, Bushland and Hopewell Bush.
