Power outage in Portland communities due to downed utility pole

The Jamaica Public Service (JPS) is now working to restore power to Zion Hill and surrounding communities in Portland following the collapse of a utility pole.
Residents say the pole came down shortly before 7 o'clock.
They say power lines and other wires also came crashing down.
The downed utility pole caught fire.
The blaze was extinguished and a JPS team is in the area working on power restoration.
