The Second City was awash with beauty for another staging of Miss Global International at RIU Montego Bay on Saturday. Twenty-three-year-old Guyanese Cynthia Dookie walked away with the crown, and today we bring you the highlights from the pageant as well as the launch of the Caribbean School of Medical Sciences, Jamaica.
