The man who brought us Cactus, Quad, Asylum and now the Ribbiz Ultra Lounge, Brian 'Ribbi' Chung, celebrated his birthday in fine style recently, at Ribbiz inside the Barbican Centre. The favourite watering hole was filled to capacity with friends and family until 3 a.m., who all came out to toast Ribbi on his birthday, and most important, 30 years in the entertainment and nightlife business. DJs Courtney, Smoke, Kamal Bankay, Boysie and Audley kept the guests entertained, while complimentary finger foods were served throughout the night. These are the highlights:
