Panama and Mexico are now heading into extra time after the score was locked at 1-1 at the end of full-time in semi-final two of the 2015 Gold Cup.

The winner will meet Jamaica in the final on Sunday after the Reggae Boyz beat the United States 2-1 earlier this evening.

Panama's captain Roman Torres scored in the 56th minute to give his 10-man team the lead.

However, Mexico would turn up the pressure on the opponents and with one minutes before full-time, secured a penalty kick when Tores fell on the ball within the box, handling it in the process.

The call prompted more than six minutes of chaos with some fans throwing debris on the field.

When play eventually resumed, the Mexican captain, Andrés Guardado, netted to make it 1-1 and send the game into extra time.
