Jamaica's women's 4x100 metres relay team won gold in 41.94 seconds at the 1991 IAAF World Championships in Tokyo, Japan. The members of the quartet were Dahlia Duhaney, Juliet Cuthbert, Beverley McDonald and Merlene Ottey.
