TOTTENHAM (4-2-3-1)

Former Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino returns to St Mary's Stadium with Tottenham, who missed the chance to record their longest unbeaten run (15 games) in the top flight since 1967 last Sunday when they were beaten 2-1 at home to Newcastle United.

Saints have gone four Barclays Premier League games without a win, a sequence that has seen them drop to 12th place. They suffered their third defeat in four at Crystal Palace, where they lost 1-0 last Saturday. A fifth game without a win would be their worst run since November and December of last year.

They return to St Mary's where they have won only three of eight home games while scoring 13 goals which is actually two more than pace-setters Arsenal.

Spurs are fifth despite last weekend's loss but they have won only two while drawing four of their seven away games. But their defence has been mean on the road, conceding just seven goals - only Manchester City (6) have conceded fewer away goals.
