Boyz in Florida for training camp
Jamaica's Reggae Boyz, on a high after their 2-1 victory over highly ranked Chile last Friday, are now in Florida preparing for the start of the Copa America Centenario next weekend.
The National team arrived at the Miami International Airport yesterday at 3:52 a.m. and will hold a training camp until June 2, when they leave for Chicago.
Local-based Reggae Boyz Chevone 'Messi' Marsh, who went to a trial in Finland early last week, will join the camp in Florida.
Goalkeeper Andre Blake has joined the squad while regular captain Rodolph Austin is expected to fly in to Florida today.
Jamaica will play their first match in the Copa American Centenario against Venezuela on Sunday, June 5 in Chicago.
The tournament opens on June 3 with the United States facing Colombia.
