Veteran local coach Xavier Gilbert says he is interested in becoming the next head coach of the National Under-20 women's team.
The post has been made vacant following the sudden resignation of Lorne Donaldson earlier this week.
Gilbert is no stranger to the national set-up, having led the Under-20 team to Caribbean Championships in 2014. He is also a former national senior women's team assistant coach.
The coach says he is open to making a return to the national setup because it is always his passion to served his country.
The national Under-20s are scheduled to compete in the final of the Concacaf World Cup qualifiers next month.
