Portmore United defender Emelio Rousseau tries to keep the ball away from Arnett Gardens attacker Damari Deacon during their Jamaica Premier League match at the UWI-JFF Captain Horace Burrell Centre of Excellence earlier today. Arnett Gardens won the game 2-1.

Arnett Gardens defeated Portmore United 2- 1 in their Jamaica Premier League match this afternoon at the UWI-JFF Captain Horace Burrell Centre of Excellence.

Portmore took the lead in the seventh minute through Shai Smith but seven minutes later, Ronaldo Cephas equalised for Arnett.

Kimani Arbouine then gave Arnett the lead in the 44th minute with a well-timed finish.

It is the first win of the season for the Paul "Tegat" Davis-coached Arnett Gardens.
