Vere United defeated Molynes United 1-0 in their Jamaica Premier League game at the UWI-JFF Captain Horace Burrell Centre of Excellence this afternoon.

Javier Brown got the only goal of the game in the 29th minute from the penalty spot after Francois Swaby was taken down in the box.
