Jamaica won the bronze medal in the women’s 4x100 metres at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England on Sunday.
The team of Kemba Nelson, Natalliah Whyte, Remona Burchell and Elaine Thompson-Herah combined to complete the one-lap event in 43.08 seconds as they failed to execute the baton exchanges smoothly.
Nigeria won in an African record of 42.10 seconds with England finishing second in 44.41, a season best.
