#Champs2023 | Camperdown’s Britannia Johnson breaks Class One girls’ shot put record

Camperdown’s twin Britannia Johnson easily broke the Class One girls’ shot put at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Athletics Championships at the National Stadium today.
Britannia heaved the shot put to 15.33 metres, well over the 14.93 old standard set by Fiona Richards of Edwin Allen in 2018.
She finished ahead of twin sister Britannie, who did 13.62 metres, with Juliet Smith of Immaculate Conception High third in 13.34.
