Petersfield Alexis James eases after winning the Class One girls' 100 metres hurdles at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Athletics Championships at the National Stadium today.

Petersfield’s Alexis James got out the block quickly and sped to an easy victory in the Class One girls’ 100 metres hurdles at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Athletics Championships at the National Stadium today.

James finished in 13.39 seconds, with the fast-finishing Asharria Ulett of St Catherine High coming through to capture the silver medal in 13.59 as Edwin Allen’s Tonie-Ann Forbes was third in 13.61.
