If you were at the Shaggy and Friends concert held at Jamaica House on January 2, then you would have had a chance to indulge in the scrumptious cuisine at the event.

Platinum patrons were served up a four-course meal: appetiser - shrimp saladette on a chifonade of greens, marinated shrimps took centre, dressed in true Caribbean style. This was followed by a lemon sorbet then entree - chicken on a bed of pumpkin risotto, chicken breast stuffed with plantain mousse kissed with caramelised fruit sauce accompanied by fresh vegetables. And for dessert, a sinful, dark chocolate gateau, served on a bed of rich rum-infused cherry coulius.

In the gold area, there was a variety of tasty food, from seafood and chicken soup to bite-size burgers, good ole wings, pasta to ice cream - not to mention the many bar areas that kept everyone's glasses filled all night. There was also food available for sale in the silver area. Overall, everyone was able to get a bite to eat.
