The Berhane Selassie Art Gallery will be launched tomorrow at Tuff Gong International Ltd on Marcus Garvey Drive, St Andrew.

The art gallery is named after reggae singer Bob Marley, Berhane Selassie being the name given to him when he was baptised in the Ethiopian Orthodox Church in 1979. The name means 'Light of the Trinity'.

The keynote address at tomorrow's launch will be given by Minister of Tourism Edmund Bartlett.

The Berhane Selassie Art Gallery will not only display the works of local and international artists, but it will also become a part of Tuff Gong's Making of Music Tour, which allows visitors to get an inside look at the various departments of music production, including the recording studio, mastering studio, CD duplication department, vinyl factory and record shop.
