Dumfries disgrace

Motorists using Dumfries Road in the commercial nerve centre of New Kingston are faced daily with expanding craters along the thoroughfare. The situation has worsened in the past few months. At times, water giving off a foul smell also runs along the road, further compounding the situation. Several persons who use the roadway are urging the authorities to address the problem.
