Canadian/Jamaican Sonia Lemoine will be in Jamaica for the third JAMCEN Health and Wellness Fest which will be held at 3 Brumaalia Road in Mandeville tomorrow. She will be introducing Jamaicans to Zumba and Fertility Fitness. Zumba is the latest 'fun' fitness craze that's hitting Canada. Who says exercise can't be lots of fun and effective at the same time? Lemoine loves to help people look and feel terrific by getting in shape and having fun doing it.

Lemoine is known internationally for her expertise in fitness programmes for pre and post-natal moms. Working with this special group, Lemoine naturally became passionate about helping other women become mothers themselves. Her programme includes yoga for fertility, Zumba, fusion classes and boot camps.

Lemoine has travelled extensively around the world as a presenter, trainer, wellness educator and freelance writer who has contributed to many magazines and appeared on various television programmes. She is a vegetarian, accredited group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Lemoine strongly encourages both the young and old to utilise a combination of safe exercises and balanced dietary nutrition to promote overall health and wellness.

Her many years in the industry have allowed her to design and develop wellness programmes for individuals to large corporations such as Air Canada.
