Harris, Doyley semis

Daniel Harris will face Ramone Doyley in the semi-final of the Inter-scholastic Burger King Under-18 Singles Championships at the Eric Bell Centre today, starting at 11 a.m.

Harris, who is the top seed in the competition, defeated Jared Morgan 6-2, 6-2 in the quarter-final yesterday, while Doyley stopped Ken Alexander 6-2, 6-3.

In the other semi-final, Sheldon McIntosh will oppose Michael Jones. In the quarter-final, McIntosh recorded an exciting 1-6, 6-4, 7-6 win over Horatio Ludford, while Jones got the better of Matthew Lobban 6-1, 6-2.

In the girls championship, defending champion, Sicquena Sinclair will face Shelita Haughton, while Shantal Blackwood will oppose Michaelann Denton.
