Sectoral Debate kicks off tomorrow
THE 2010-2011 Sectoral Debate begins in Parliament tomorrow with Industry and Commerce Minister Karl Samuda due to make the first presentation. The debate is used yearly by Government members to articulate the administration's plans in various sectors. Opposition members use the debate to criticise policy positions and to articulate their own vision. This year, the debate is being conducted under the theme: 'Positioning for Growth'.
