Coach Milton Stewart (left) and former Reggae Boyz goalkeeper Aaron Lawrence (second left) recently participated in a training workshop in Trinidad and Tobago, hosted by the Real Madrid Foundation of Spain for coaches of the Real Madrid Football Academies in various countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Ambassador Celsa Nuño (second right), Spanish-Jamaica Foundation honorary president, and Betty McKenzie, general manager of The Spanish-Jamaican Foundation, saw them off at the Norman Manley International Airport earlier this month. This workshop was an effort to provide trainers and coaches with the necessary tools and knowledge to enable them to more efficiently instruct and mentor children, in keeping with the foundation's programme slogan 'They play, we teach'. - Contributed
