NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana (CMC):

Jamaican jockey Shaun Bridgmohan won twice on Sunday's 10-race card at Fair Grounds to further consolidate fourth place in the jockeys standings.

The 32-year-old clinched race three with 2-1 bet Michelle's Krackin before returning to win race four three-year-old filly Fontanne.

Bridgmohan lies fourth in the standings on 66 wins, now four clear of CJ McMahon and only three behind the third placed Miguel Mena. Rosie Napravnik is the runaway leader on 101 wins in the season which ends April 1.

Bridgmohan kicked off his success over a mile on turf, when he guided Michelle's Krackin to victory by a length. He raced the four-year-old bay filly in mid-pack early on as Biloxi Lion set the early fractions throughout the half-mile.
