OCEAN Style, Tryall Club host exclusive food and wine event

OCEAN Style has partnered with The Tryall Club, one of Jamaica's oldest and most revered luxury villa resorts, to co-host an elegant food and wine event called 'RESERVED'.

Promising an evening of culinary excellence, 'RESERVED' will take place at The Tryall Club on Tuesday, March 27, under the auspices of celebrated Chef Andy Trousdale. The evening will feature a seven-course dinner expertly paired with the finest wines from the internationally acclaimed Torres vineyards of Spain, distributed by J. Wray & Nephew in Jamaica. Founded in 1870, Torres is one of the most recognisable names in Spanish wine and is the United Kingdom's leading brand, accounting for seven per cent of all Spanish exports to the United Kingdom.

The Tryall Club, which sits on 2,200 picturesque acres just outside of Montego Bay, will play host to this gastronomic event, offering guests the opportunity to dine under the stars while enjoying a magnificent, panoramic view from the terrace of its Great House.

In addition to the culinary experience of the dinner and wine pairings, the evening will later feature an Appleton rum tasting presented by the world's only female master blender, Joy Spence, along with entertainment befitting the refined sophistication of The Tryall Club

Accolades

Chef Trousdale is the chef and co-owner of Le Bistro Restaurant, located in South Florida, where he has successfully served his brand of modern French cuisine for over 10 years. Chef Trousdale has a background working in three-star Michelin and Relais de Chateaux establishments in France, England and Holland. Among its many accolades, Le Bistro is recognised by Zagat - Top Restaurant in America, and has been rated four stars by the Miami Herald. Chef Trousdale and Le Bistro were featured twice in Gordon Ramsay's hit cooking reality TV show.

Chef Andy Trousdale has been working with The Tryall Club's executive chef Kai Bechinger to create a compelling menu for the evening's guests. Trousdale, who has never been to the Caribbean island, said, "I am looking forward to visiting the beautiful island of Jamaica and to be part of such a distinguished event. We hope to give guests an evening of exciting flavours and a taste of world-class cuisine."
