Yes. Olint was ruled by the court to have been operating a Ponzi scheme. Monies could be returned to the victims fleeced.
Government officials are too corrupt! Those who accepted money should be prosecuted under the Proceeds of Crime Act!
Yes. Any person/party influential in policymaking should NOT accept gifts. It's called ethics. Keep your hands clean!

I believe they should, given this was a scam, the likes of which have never been seen. They should not profit from others' demise.
