 BOGOTá, (AP):

A bomb has exploded on a crowded street in Colombia's capital, and the city's health director says at least 19 people have been injured.

TV images from the scene in Bogotá's northern commercial district showed a badly damaged SUV on Calle 74 and other vehicles surrounding it less damaged.

The video shows several people lying on the street being treated.

City health director Guillermo Jaramillo told Caracol radio that at least 19 people were hurt in yesterday's blast.

He said he could not immediately confirm local media reports of three deaths.
