NW St Elizabeth needs help

Published:Sunday | May 20, 2012 | 12:00 AM

Lack of vision and poor representation characterise the leadership that North West St Elizabeth has been receiving for the past 14 years. Poor roads and infrastructure mar the face of the constituency.

With farming as the prime source of employment, there has been little accomplished to ensure equitable access to education.

I am certain that if the constituents of NW St Elizabeth were not so credulous, the Jamaica Labour Party would not have been successful at the polls so many times in our nation's political history.

Young men are seldom seen in the classrooms but frequent the street corners. Is it because J.C. Hutchinson is betraying his constituents constantly with his silence in Parliament? Or he is just a poor leader? I am sure he can do more.
