Sick of UWI incompetence
THE EDITOR, Sir:
I have a complaint to make about the online services that the University of the West Indies (UWI) offers. After I paid for an express service (one-day fax) of documents to be faxed, to date the information has not been sent.
I paid US$23 to send a fax in one day, which doesn't even take five minutes to send, and they can't even do that.
If I wanted the five-day service, that's what I would have paid for. I am sick of their incompetence.
