'Celebrating the Ties That Bind: 50 Years of Friendship' was the theme for the Embassy of the United States of America's gala reception last Friday. Guests drawn mainly from government and diplomatic communities were entertained by The Dance Theatre of Harlem Ensemble at the Little Theatre.
