Over the last decade, promoting parties has become a serious business. Hundreds of party websites have popped up in order to keep up with the demand for pictures and reviews. Major brands have their pick of events to sponsor, even the number of catering companies that provide food for these events has, at least, tripled.

But, as they say, only the good survive. How many event brands and series have appeared on the scene, only to fizzle out soon after?

Great parties are few. One that has made it through the boom is Scott, PP and Quizz's Yush. What started out as a rum-inclusive '90s party for 500 patrons in 2003, has evolved into a huge, massively popular and very highly anticipated indoor club party. Yush is the go-to event for real music lovers. By remaining
consistent and giving patrons exactly what they want and nothing less,
Yush is the cream that rose to the top and, by the looks of things,
isn't going down any time soon.

In its ninth year, the
series takes on Heineken as title sponsor, once again, for the staging
of the Heineken Mega Club Yush tomorrow inside the National Arena. Lucky
patrons will rock out to the sounds of Delano from Renaissance, Arif
'Supa Coop' Cooper and very special guest, DJ Rory from the Immortal
Stone Love, all playing the best of the '90s, today's hits and
everything in between.

Although Yush is all about the music and
mega vibes, fashion willtake centrestage inside the stadium complex this
weekend. As the great Bogle said, "Fashion ova style", so partygoers
should be sure to wear dancing shoes and have some serious
