Timeless launch of medicinal marijuana
Timeless Herbal Care, a Jamaican company which says it has built the green-gold triangle between Israel, Jamaica and Canada, will officially launch its suite of medicinal marijuana products tomorrow evening at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel in St Andrew.
Courtney Betty, president and CEO of Timeless, said the company was pleased to have forged the alliances positioning the company as a leader in the medical marijuana field, while contributing to the development of Jamaica.
"Timeless is committed to growing herbal products in the most scientific and organic manner possible," Betty said.
He added: "We strongly believe that herbs are for the health and wealth of the nations."
He said that at tomorrow's product launch and press briefing, there will be execution of a further agreement, which will help to position Jamaica as a medical marijuana hub, along with other significant benefits.
The company's board of advisers is chaired by Ernie Eves, former premier of Ontario and former minister of finance of Canada, who will attend the launch.
Timeless said it would also use the opportunity to officially launch the original guinea hen weed formula developed by Jamaican Dr Lawrence Williams.
The team also includes a number of other medical and scientific experts, who are committed to advancing the development of medical marijuana in Jamaica.
