Let God rule

THE EDITOR, Sir:

The leadership of this country needs a radical turnaround. It seems that we are allowing the powers of evil to dictate the direction in which Jamaica should go. We participate in an annual leadership prayer breakfast, but are we really serious about allowing God to lead us?

We cannot continue on this destructive path. We must put God first if we expect this nation to be prosperous. Let us call on the wisdom and power of God to help us to lead this nation into a path of righteousness and sustained prosperity - a nation where our children will be protected from the hands of evil; our young men will seek to create peace instead of destruction; and where our leaders will seek to serve this country by upholding the statutes of God instead of seeking to please individual agendas.
