SPICE, one of Jamaica's top female artistes, is the featured act for tomorrow's McKay Security Caymanas Live Series at Caymanas Park racetrack.

A versatile act, Spice is best known for her Rampin' Shop single with incarcerated dancehall star Vybz Kartel. She is the fourth artiste of the series following Busy Signal, I-Octane, Tifa, and Alkaline.

"I am definitely going to be there on Saturday. As usual, they can expect a spicy performance. Mi jus a guh bring some Spice to di place," she said on Thursday.

"Portmore is my hometown. I know all my fans from Portmore will come out, have some fun and win some money at the races," she added.

Born Grace Hamilton, Spice grew up in the Portmore community of Braeton.

"I am from Braeton, went to the all-age school. I have a lot of relatives in Newland, Naggo Head, Waterford. I am Portmore, born and grow, a place that supports family and Portmore artistes," she pointed out.

Known for other hits such as Jim Screechie, Fight Over Man, Slim Versus Fluffy, and Come Inside, Spice said Caymanas Live was good entertainment.

"I love the idea. I think it is entertaining and giving back to the people and race fans. It's a good look."
