MINISTER OF Finance Dr Peter Phillips is to deliver the 10th annual Caribbean International Network (CIN) Lecture Series in New York on October 29.

The series, which was created by CIN's CEO Stephen Hill, is to be held at New York's Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture.

"The annual lecture attracts capacity crowds and is the unique forum for intellectual dialogue between Caribbean thought leaders and members of the important New York-area Caribbean community."

According to a release, the CIN Lecture Series has become one of the premier Caribbean events in New York, attracting a cross section of diplomats, media, business and religious leaders and other noteworthy members of the Caribbean community. Each year, the lecture series attracts large audiences, with each presentation rebroadcast on CINTV, reaching the more than two million Caribbean-Americans in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The lecture will be streamed live to audiences across the world for the first time.
