From July 17 to 19, Catherine Hall, Montego Bay, will be flooded with local and overseas patrons of Reggae Sumfest, 'The Greatest Reggae Show on Earth'. In partnership with Caribbean Airlines, Digicel has launched a competition, the winner of which will win the ultimate VIP Sumfest Experience.

This includes an all-expense-paid trip for two to come home to Jamaica for Sumfest.

The competition, which is a part of Digicel's Summer Up Up Up promotion, invites persons to send US$15 or more in call credit to their friends and family in Jamaica to qualify. Call credit may be purchased online via, or at any of the Digicel retailers in the United States or Canada. The person who receives the credit will then be entered into the competition and, if they win, will get to facilitate the trip for two of their friends or family members.

Neil Lawrence, diaspora manager at Digicel, said, "This promotion was developed with Jamaican summer traditions in mind. We know the holiday is a time for families and friends to come home to Jamaica and create memorable moments and Digicel is happy to be a part of this tradition. We also thought that Sumfest was the perfect place to create these memories with friends and family with premium entertainment."

Lawrence explained that the all-expense paid trip includes two round-trip airline tickets, accommodation for four at a hotel, four VIP tickets to Sumfest and transportation to and from the venue.

Entries close on July 10 and the winner will be announced on July 14.
