The battle surrounding Access Financial Services is deepening with another law suit filed in court.

Lawyers representing the company have filed a suit against Chief Executive Officer Marcus James and others over monies allegedly spent to improve the building which houses the main offices of the company.

In the suit filed on July 14, the claimant is seeking damages in relation to what is claimed to be $33 million spent on the facility.

James last week had his full power restored as chief executive officer of the company by the Supreme Court.
