Kern Spencer Charged

Former PNP Junior Minister for Energy, Kern Spencer was charged with fraud by the police this evening.



Mr. Spencer and two other individuals were charged with fraud in connection with irregularities surrounding the distribution of four million energy saving light bulbs from Cuba.



Mr. Spencer is the Member of Parliament for North East St. Elizabeth, who recently took a leave of absence from Parliament following allegations of irregularities under the programme.
