Members of the Fugitive Apprehension Team in St. Elizabeth arrested an American fugitive yesterday, who has been wanted in the United States since last year.

Julianne Andrea Hill, 17, who also goes by the name Camiell Roxanne Gordon is reportedly wanted by the Supreme Court in Georgia for murder and attempted robbery.

According to the Constabulary Communications Network (CCN) around 10.30 a.m., members of the Fugitive Apprehension Team carried out an operation in Letitz district where Hill was nabbed.

It is alleged that on April 21, Hill was involved in an attempted robbery in Smyrra Cobb, Georgia during which a man was shot and killed.

The police said she fled to Jamaica shortly after the incident, where she has been hiding.

However, she will be facing local charges for breaches of the Immigration Act.
