Former WI captain honoured

Former Jamaica and West Indies captain Jimmy Adams will deliver the feature address at the fifth First Citizens West Indies Players Association Awards function set for March 20 in Trinidad.

Adams, who played 54 Tests for the West Indies between 1992 and 2001, led the Caribbean Side in 15 Tests.

Former West Indies players, Joey Carew and president of the T&T Cricket Board, Deryck Murray will be honoured at the function for their contribution to the sport.
