A ruling is expected today in the case of the police constable who is reportedly linked to last year’s disappearance of Timothy Pattico of a St. James address.

The police were searching for Constable Omar Gordon since June, after the man went missing.

Head of the Major Investigation Task Force, Assistant Commissioner Les Green, said the police constable and a group of men went to Pattico’s house under the pretense of conducting a raid.

Mr. Pattico was later reported missing.

The police constable turned himself in to the St. James police on March 12.

ACP Green said the case has been referred to the office of the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP).
