Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz and Trinidad and Tobago’s Soca Warriors will face off in a football friendly international tonight at the National Stadium, beginning at 7 p.m.

Jamaica’s football technical director, Rene Simoes, has recalled striker Deon Burton to the squad.

Burton, who now plays for English Championship Division team Sheffield Wednesday, last represented Jamaica in June 2006 against England. Jamaica lost the game 6-0.

The teams will be missing influential players with injury ruling out Jamaican captain Ricardo Gardner.

Trinidad and Tobago will be without the Sunderland pair of Kenwyne Jones and Carlos Edwards, as the players were not released by their club.

Following tonight’s game, the teams will meet in a return-leg in Trinidad on June 6.
