Jamaica defeat Guyana in blind cricket

Jamaica recorded a big 236-run victory over Guyana yesterday in the West Indies Blind Cricket Series in Trinidad and Tobago.



It was the second successive victory for Jamaica, following a nine-wicket victory over Barbados in its opening match.



Jamaica batted first and scored 379 for seven off 40 overs with Iroy Johnson cracking 123 and Jason Ricketts 58.



Guyana were then bowled out for 143 in 35 overs, with Loshane Myles and Dennol Shim picking up two wickets a piece.



Jamaica will take on the Windward Islands today.
