The Supreme Court has reached a settlement between Telecommunications Company FLOW and the Broadcasting Commission today.

The Broadcasting Commission had filed an injunction against FLOW, preventing it from acquiring another cable company, Entertainment Systems Limited.

However, the Broadcasting Commission today gave FLOW the authority to acquire the cable company.

The lawyer representing FLOW, Michael Hylton said the injunction brought against the company by the Broadcasting Commission has also been discontinued.

Mr. Hylton said the Broadcasting Commission would be applying to the Court for a declaration on the regulations relating to the sale of cable companies.

FLOW has so far acquired eight cable stations.
