Investigators from the Major Investigation Task Force are to begin questioning Cash Plus boss, Carlos Hill today.

Yesterday the police arrested Mr. Hill and his brother Bertram, after nine properties belonging to Mr. Hill were raided.

Two other persons were also taken into custody for questioning.

The police said they believe Mr. Hill’s brother Bertram may be involved in some fraudulent activities.

According to the police, the Cash Plus boss’ arrest follows several complaints by investors that they have not been able to encash cheques paid to them by Cash Plus Limited.

Investors have also complained that they have not been able to get back money they have invested in the company.

The police have since confiscated several documents, computers and other assets belonging to Mr. Hill.

Head of the Major Investigation Task Force, Assistant Commissioner Les Green said the police would be seeking help from foreign investigators, to determine whether Mr. Hill has other assets overseas.
