Portmore edge Arnett Gardens

Portmore United edged Arnett Gardens 1-0 in a late game last night at Ferdi Neita Park to widen its lead in the National Premier League football competition.

Portmore United have now moved to 61 points, five clear of second place Tivoli Gardens, which suffered a 1-0 defeat to Harbour View at the Harbour View Mini Stadium.

Harbour View are now in joint third place, following Boys’ Town 1-0 defeat to St. Georges at Lynch Park.

Village United and Waterhouse battled to a goalless tie at Elliston Wakeland Centre, while Seba United and Reno, also played to a goalless draw, at Jarrett Park.

Village United and Waterhouse will face off in one of the semi-finals of the COK Champions Cup.

Granville will tackle Tivoli Gardens in semifinals. The games will take place next Sunday.
